and thank you for visiting our website!
Ursula has been catering in Victoria for more than 20 years. Early on, she began catering under the tutelage of the well-respected international chef Kurt Adrian at the Victoria Edelweiss Club.
Soon thereafter, she began managing the dining and banquet facilities at the Royal Victoria Yacht Club. Her roots stem from the Alsace Region in Europe where some of the finest cuisine in the world can still be found today.
It was Ursula's European influence that instilled her passion for creative yet classic cuisine built on only the freshest ingredients. |

INNOVATIONS TEAM
The Innovations Team shares the same passion about catering as I do. Starting with Robert, my husband, who is my rock whether it is weeding through stacks of dishes in his rubber apron, fixing equipment, assisting with the beautiful setups and decorations or ensuring the safe transport of food and supplies to various sites. Our very talented chefs, Guy and Heather, my multitalented assistant Kristy and Carol always available when extra hands are required. Not to forget Trish who does all the setup and takedown of the banquet room at the Edelweiss Club. Together the Innovations team makes sure we offer the highest level of customer service. There is also Lisa who has taken up the communications and marketing of our business. Last, but not least, Oliver who is the adviser in all financial and operational matters.
