I have been catering in Victoria for more than 20 years. Early on, I began catering under the tutelage of the well-respected international chef Kurt Adrian at the Victoria Edelweiss Club. Soon thereafter I began managing the dining and banquet facilities at the Royal Victoria Yacht Club. My roots stem from the Alsace Region in Europe where some of the finest cuisine in the world can still be found today. It was that European influence that instilled my passion for creative yet classic cuisine built on only the freshest ingredients. |

INNOVATIONS TEAM
The Innovations Catering team shares the same passion about catering as I do. Starting with Robert, my husband who is my rock whether it is wading through stacks of dishes in his rubber apron, fixing equipment, assisting me with the beautiful setups and decorations or ensuring the safe transport of food and supplies to various sites. Judy does an outstanding job in the hot food section with the assistance of Chris. Kim has been assisting me for many years, always making sure the small details are looked after. Carol, Tamara and Trish always available when needed, all making sure we offer the highest level of customer service. There is also Lisa who has taken up the communcations and marketing of our business.
